Finished driveway, control joints in

Concrete driveways

A new concrete driveway with a control joint running up to the garage of a two-story house, form stakes along its edge

A new driveway climbs to the garage of a two-story house, control joints in and the form stakes still along its edge while it cures to its final color.

A driveway on a slope, finished and curing. The edges are clean, the form stakes are still in along the side, and control joints run across and down the middle so the slab has straight places to crack as it shrinks instead of random ones.

New concrete is darker while it still holds water and lightens over the following weeks as it cures. Keep vehicles off it until it has had time to gain strength; ask us for the times on your pour.
